As has been discussed on several threads recently, XSLT transforms the
data model that results from XML parsing, therefore the best you can
achieve is data model equivalence. Things that are not considered
significant to the data model, like CDATA boundaries and entity
boundaries, cannot be retained through an XSLT transformation.
