Only process the name elements, and while processing them using the
following-sibling axis to get hold of the paired age element:
<xsl:for-each select="name">
<person>
<xsl:copy-of select="." />
<xsl:copy-of select="following-sibling::age[1]" />
</person>
</xsl:for-each>
