<xsl:choose>
  <xsl:when test="someCondition">
    <xsl:call-template name="someSpecialTemplate"/>
  </xsl:when>
  <xsl:when test="someOtherCondition">
    <xsl:call-template name="someOtherSpecialTemplate"/>
  </xsl:when>
  <xsl:otherwise>
    <xsl:call-template name="someDefaultTemplate"/>
  </xsl:otherwise>
</xsl:choose>

suffice?
