 fso.CreateTextFile "test1.xml" 
 set f = fso.GetFile "test1.xml"
 set ts = f.OpenAsTextStream ForWriting, TristateUseDefault 
 doc.transformNodeToObject xsl, ts

But I'm still sure you don't want to do this
