This seems to be a dubious argument. There's more XSLT than FO on here
at the moment because T has been a recommendation for ages and FO isn't
a recommendation yet. Also there is already an FO list on egroups I
believe. That's not to say another list/newsgroup is necessarily a bad
thing, just that that particular argument isn't justification for it.
