You didn't mention what the context is.
Assuming your template is processing a node one level up
from the sitelogo element,
<img src="{sitelogo/@src}" alt="{sitelogo/@alt}"/>
If you're at the sitelogo element, simply
<img src="{@src}" alt="{@alt}"/>
