Microsoft ISAPI XML Filter / Includes / Performance...

Has anyone using the Microsoft ISAPI XML filter found any performance issues
using includes in the XSL stylesheet? We are investigating using the ISAPI
filter to apply styles to a website with heavy traffic which requires quick
response time. I know that the filter handles caching, but wanted to know of any
pitfalls I should look out for when creating the stylesheet to display the data.
