From the page: you have

instead of:
<CONTEUDO>A marca de refrigerantes Coca-Cola fechou um contrato de

Page:

> <xsl:value-of select="COSMO/NOTICAS">
> <xsl:template match="COSMO">

IMO that should be the other way round:

<xsl:template match="COSMO">
...
 <xsl:for-each select="NOTICAS">
 ...
 </xsl:for-each>
</xsl:value-of> 

I think you don't need the first:

> <xsl:value-of select="COSMO/NOTICAS">
