Can anyone think of better support for product or rec than
that which is obtained via this list?

Support characteristics:

Replies to questions usually within 24 hours, often within the hour, 6 days
a week.
Errors corrected, better ways of doing it..
Polite, helpful 
*Real* experts on hand.



Mmmm. If anyone finds a help line that sells that, I'd hate to have to pay
for it, but I'm sure it would be worth it.
