RE: generating HTML Anchor link via XSL

Hello everybody. I need a piece of information: what is a good C
parser/writer for XML ? Not C++, but ansi C (something different from RXP
and EXPAT).

I'm unable to generate a simple HTML anchor link to via my XSL.  (I'm rather
a novice, and I'm assuming I'm missing something rather obvious.)  Here's
what I've done.
