I am presnetly facing problem in generating the function parametrs

I am lokking for the html
 like

curretnly i am using
<input type = "button" value = "delete"  onClick = "{concat('chgdelete("loc_del_'
, position(), '")') }" />

but it is not working ,

i am looking for char " inside quotes ,
