The M$ extension is the "order-by" attribute.

The stylesheets you're quoting look similar to me... (The
version attribute seems to be missing on the stylesheet
declaration).

You use an 'ordered' attribute that looks unfamiliar to me.
Isn't that a MS extension? I use <xsl:sort select="....."/>
to sort.
