XT: Output current users' login and full name?

Our DTD contains an empty element `doccreator', and I would like the
output to contain the login and full name of the user running XT.  I'm
using Makefiles in a Unix environment, so some plumbing can be used.

One approach is to have XT create "@XYZZY@" for the doccreator element
and to run the XT output through sed which puts in user and login
name.  But that's the wrong way to do it since it means that my
documents mustn't contain that string.
