I've written a tiny command-line tool, using .NET XML Schema libraries, to do XML Schema validation. This is available at, https://xsval.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com/xsval_dotnet.zip. Both binaries and source-code are provided. Anyone may use this, and let me know the feedback if any.
