What is the reason? It would be very useful to support full XSD 1.1?

Hello XML community,
It seems that, due to some reason the Xerces project is unable to release a new version of it's XML Schema 1.1 processor in very near future.

For those of you, who wish to use the latest features of Xerces XML Schema 1.1 processor, can use the following method:

1) Do a SVN check out of the following codebase, from Xerces's XML Schema 1.1 branch: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xerces/java/branches/xml-schema-1.1-dev/

2) Use the Ant build command, "build jars" of the checked out codebase. This will create all the necessary JARs of Xerces's XML Schema 1.1 processor.

PS: On behalf of Xerces project.
