Olga,

If you already know how to do XML - then perhaps an alternative for you is to look at the OASIS CAM templates approach - which is available in Russian - using the CAMeditor - http://www.cameditor.org

Just design the XML you want visually - and then if you need a XSD schema - just have the editor write one for you - File / Export / Template to XSD schema
