Any chance you can use MSXML 5.0? Officially it only installs with Microsoft
Office (2003 I believe) but it seems to work okay if it's registered as a
standard COM component using regsvr32.

Thanks, this is possibility but it seems that there is no COM interface for
XMLSec so it would mean additional work to crate one.
