xsi:schemaLocation in any element

Does this mean that

<n1:root xmlns:n1="http://n1">
	<n1:child xsi:schemaLocation="http://n1 schema_n1.xsd" />
</n1:root>

is wrong? If not, what is? Sorry for the stupid question but I'm dizzy.
