You might want to check out work of Zhang
and van Engelen for mapping XML Schema to LL(1) grammars.
This is not a w3c work, though.
Shlomo.

Subject: XML Schema to
EBNF
I am trying to develope XML schema syntax checker. I am looking for
EBNF form of W3C XML Schema. Anybody has an idea where to get that? I have
been googling last couple of days and could not find relevant resources.
