Well in general I am not the right person to comment on this nor is this the
right list I guess. Now, without claiming completeness, the part I worked on
(DataDirect XQuery which also comes as a standalone product), did (and for
all I know has only improved since I left....hmmm is there a correlation
here ?) offer a very complete and performant set of features when one wants
to use XQuery on a mixture of relational and XML data.

Not sure what you are using it for but if it is for XML,XSLT,XML Schema
editing/debugging I can not really compare for lack of knowledge and
experience.
