xml antipatterns
Have people discussed and created patterns and antipatterns in XML? I
couldn't find much.

I'm conscious that when I create Schemas and instances there may be
(in)felicities in the design. Certainly tools such as XSD allow for
many different ways of achieving something. My own pattern is to use
a very small subset and use other tools to add semantics, for
instance. Other areas which I'd like insight into are XInclude,
namespaces, possibly CDATA, etc. And perhaps some of these issues
change between anti/pattern depending on the toolset.
