And the last conference slides.  This has some PDFs for some good
articles if you are working in the geospatial apps.  There is also a
good language tutorial.   I also recommend Herbert Stocker's paper.  He
points off to some PROTOS and code he make for free that do a neat job
of making movement more realistic.
