There are no technical changes from the free main PDF draft at
   www.schematron.com
and the final standard IIRC. Just some material moved around to fit in
with ISO publishing rules.

The standard is copyright ISO and must be purchased (we are still trying
to get it freely available) when it is finally published. I don't know
whether the Japanese version of it is free or copyright.
