I don't recall ever seeing Dawkins use 
the phrase "middle reality".  Where was it 
used and in what context?

A Google search for "middle reality"+"richard dawkins"

Returns only a single hit to a timecube-esque site
about "quantonics" and the term and the name are
not related...
