Both. On the development side XSLT 2 makes some tasks that were hard in 
XSLT 1 almost trivial. (Think grouping.) JDOM is easier to use and 
faster to develop in than DOM. XOM is easier to use and faster to 
develop in than JDOM. Tools improve with time as well.
