eclipse xml plugin community
When I first saw both of these announced the impression I walked away
with was that they both were but now that I look at the project pages
more closely it seems they are both part of the ETTK project which I
don't believe is focus towards open source.

Maybe somebody else might have further insight into this??? If
they're not that would be unfortunate for sure as these both would be
excellent candidates for a community driven effort for enhancement.

Can anybody clarify for sure what seems to already be obvious?
