In pursuit of the perception of wisdom and power these days, nothing quite
equals standards and speeches.

I hate to burst your bubble about beltway bandits Len (sure we have them
in droves here and some of them are interested in XML and driving the
direction of the Government) but I think saying that our group is just
Beltway bandits denegrates the achievement of the individuals and 
organizations that make up our users group.  They are some of the 
most professional and knowledgeable people I have had the priviledge
of dealing with.
