It works in MSXML, because in MSXML stylesheet is coupled with DOM.
But .NET behaves the same way Saxon does - document('') gets resolved at
runtime via XmlResolver and the result is loaded.
I thought URIResolver/XmlResolver is the standard way of doing such tricks?
