First International Workshop on XQuery Implementation, Experience and
Perspectives (XIME-P 2004)
http://www-rocq.inria.fr/gemo/Gemo/Projects/XIME-P/program.htm

VLDB 2004 also has XQuery articles i.e. for XQRL/BEA, GALAX, XSM,
XStreamQuery - all various implementations of XQuery, biased towards
stream processing.
