I keep asking:  what happened to the WSIO?  They said they were 
going to work out incompatibility issues in the WS spec domain. 

Did they?

Oh good, I assumed there had to be one.  Is there a pointer to 
somewhere that I can read about the basic architecture underlying all 
the WS-* stuff? -Tim
