That's the problem. anyURI does tell you there is a link, that there is a relationship. It doesn't tell you anything else and again, these discussions fall apart precisely on: 1. How to identify a link 2. What is a link? A relationship? A control? Overloaded terms [expletive deleted] in specs and standards. RDDL+HLink would be quite suitable though.
