XMLBuddy 2.0 and XMLBuddy Pro 2.0 are now available from 
http:://xmlbuddy.com.

These are XML editor plug-ins for Eclipse (http://eclipse.org). Features 
include:

XMLBuddy:

- Free (as in beer) download.
- XML and DTD editing with:
   - Syntax coloring
   - Code assist
   - Validation
- Generate DTD from document
- Encoding auto-detection
- Automatic web document caching

XMLBuddy Pro:

- XMLBuddy plus...
- Syntax coloring, code assist, validation for
   - W3 XML Schema
   - RELAX NG
   - RELAX NG compact syntax
   - XSLT
- XSLT evaluation in editor
- XSLT 1.0 and 2.0 (experimental) support
- XPath view
- Generate DTD or schema (all types)
- Convert between DTD-schema, schema-schema (all types)
- Open definition in DTD or schema

The editors have all the usual text editor amenities (line numbering 
option, settable tab width, spaces for tabs, keyboard shortcuts, etc.) 
as well as XML-specific editing tools (comment/uncomment, split/join, 
select tag, etc.)
