OWL gives the ability to state:
"Property A is equivalent to property B".
However, that is not what's needed here. We need to state:
"Property A is equivalent (via some transform) to property B".
For example:
"kilometer is equal to mile (multiplied by 1.62)"
Thus, I am trying to brainstorm ideas of how to represent this. /Roger
