Yes, it is, but hopefully the barriers will ease soon enough.

In the meantime, if anyone else on xml-dev needs to contact me directly
and runs their own mail server on a cable or DSL line, you can use
simonstl a t xmlhack.com (home) or simonstl a t oreilly.com (work).
