Here are some tools that will do at least part of what you want (xs3p looks
like it is probably about what you want)-

xsbrowser (xslt)

xs3p (xslt)

xsdDoc (java, commercial, $89)
http://www.bluetetra.com/xsddoc/features3.htm

Remember - Google Is Your Friend (GIYF) (I used - xml schema documentation
tool)
