The above is what I use and will get appropriate reports such as:

   Element {}product not handled.

indicating the product element in no namespace.

Since users may be using a different prefix than I use in my stylesheet, I 
don't use the prefix.  I suppose I could report the prefix as used, but 
I've been fine with the above.
