But Jonathan, if we implement this we can query CSV files with 
XQuery.  Surely that is something of a fool's errand, yes?

Check the date on your computer before you read this one. Does "Almadan 
Labs" strike you as a little suspicious - it sounds a lot like "Almaden 
Research Labs", doesn't it?
