SysOnyx Inc. offers a Text-to-XML Translator called xmlLinguist
(http://www.xmllinguist.com). It's designed to be generic, allowing fixed
width or value-separated files (like CSV files) to be translated into XML
and visa-versa. The automation capabilities of xmlLinguist are offered
royalty free at http://www.sysonyx.com/products/xmllinguist/lte.asp and
comes in two flavors, a commandline driven EXE and an ActiveX COM Object
within a DLL.
