Interesting. It has occured to me that the HTML <meta> tag is an existing
widely-deployed, widely-understood syntax to describe a triple (with the
subject normally being the containing document). Now, if an 'about'
attribute were added, things would be interesting.

In fact, this is what I've propsed to the HTML Working Group. :-)
