I guarantee you that the vast majority of people who are taking W3C XSDL, or the 
WS-* stack of quasi-proprietary protocols, or just about anything else in the 
XML/WS arena at face value, are doing so on the basis of name recognition rather 
than detailed understanding or practical experience!
