I am replying as lurker, but as a content developer
and a professional indexer (an indexer is someone who
developed indexes before there were computers) ...

Need to determine what you mean by "vocabulary" ... do
you mean "controlled vocabulary" as in choice of data
elements or subject headings, or "vocabulary" as in
choice of data schemas?

There is a slight difference!

Anyone wish to jump in here?
