Jamed knows I interviewed him months ago and I know a couple of others here know I was working on this article. I just wanted to incidentally state why it is just emerging now. John Swanson is indeed a very thorough and one of the best editors to whom an author can commit his work. As all of us are, he has been under a large burden of work. Delays happen. No harm.
