This is very interesting. An XML document is valid if
and only if there's a DTD that it follows, so it seems
then that the limitations of the DTD end up
constraining the XML document: Tags, if reused in
different contexts (people, pets) in a valid XML
document, must have the same subelements and
attributes. E.g., no two-part "name" for people and
one-part "name" for pets.
