Yes, sure. OTH I see litle evidence that this is going to change and
while we are discussing on xml-dev of possible evolutions of XML most of
the new documents being published on the web are still not well formed.

This is something we will have to live with for a long time, to
acknowledge and to accept.

As Rick Jelliffe was saying these are situations where well formed is
too much and validity if too little for which we need to develop better
tools.
