Certainly. Many people on this list have that sort of experience. We
can't give you much help until you explain in more detail what you need
to do, but to give you a general answer, you will probably want to use
XSLT. If you post some specific questions or examples of the XML you are 
working with, perhaps I or others can give you some suggestions.

By the way, if your problem is complex, you might want to try the
XSL-List, which specializes in that sort of thing. You can find more
information about that list at
