Just so. Do something small enough to be done in about three months. Simple ambitions must be rewarded by easily recognized successes. One way is to nest goals such that each one will succeed on its own merits but build for the next success. That way, come showtime, if you have to drop a few numbers from the act, the show goes on and no one but the players know. It isn't the size of the problem, the size of the audience, the roar of the applause, none of these.
