 XML-Dev,

I'm currently using XML Spy 4.3 and am pleased with it.  Please suggest
other note worthy XML development tools (ideally the top 3-5) that are
comparable to XMLSpy (price/functionality).  As you know developers often
find themselves having to justify the purchase of a tool and what tool.
