Is RELAX NG a separate standard from DSDL? 

I originally believed that DSDL would converge 
these.  Am I misunderstanding DSDL?  Noting 
from Murata:

"RELAX NG has just become a Draft International Standard of ISO/IEC.  
You can try several example schemas and instances from the following 
WWW page."

Schematron is currently being standardized as part of ISO DSDL. I hope
it will be an ISO standard by the end of this year, if everything goes smoothly.
