XSLT is what you require. Also incase you are looking for tools that
help you write those XSLTs, try Biztalk schema mapper.
http://www.microsoft.com/biztalk/

I don't think it supports XSD--> XSD mapping for now, though it supports
XDRs and DTDs.

I have a requirement like this..

There are many sources which are in different XML
format. And we have to convert everything into single
XML format. Which is the best way to do it? If there
is any tool which will do this also can be worked out.
Please help me in this regard.
