<xsd:import namespace="target-namespace-of-the-importing-schema"
schemaLocation="uri-of-the-schema"/>
<xsd:include schemaLocation="uri-of-the-schema"/>
As in the grammer, any schema which can have any namespace, could be targeted.
and all the schema components in targeted schema could be referenced from the very(importing) schema.
but include can be place with the same target-namespace, or nonamespace-schema.
all the compoents from included schema should not place any naming conflict with in naming scope.
(in this case, ??? parser will ignore the included compoent which makes conflict).
